Polish a turd (vb.): to attempt to put a positive spin or light on something that is clearly “crap”.

I said this to my boss in response to something he wanted me to try and accomplish not too long ago. It is a good thing I have an awesome boss and not a douche bag of a boss, because I could have got myself in to deep trouble with that comment. Instead, my boss laughed so hard, he went home and told his wife what I said and still tells other employees about it. My boss just went up a little higher on “the-people-I-like” list after that.

Titty Baby

Titty Baby (n.) (usually derogatory) : a cry baby, someone who whines about something, someone who constantly whines about things that don’t matter at all and takes things the wrong way.

Exhaustipated
